Excellent job...
Gary and Andrew and the team of builders working for Gary did an excellent job on our house extension, we are so pleased with the completed job. The quality and finish is excellent. From start to finish Gary and all of his team were brilliant, always helping us decide by giving us good advice. As is usual with projects, things change as the project progresses and Gary was great at dealing with changes along the way but keeping on track. The project did not run over, despite me adding on various jobs here and there. Every person that Gary used was really good and provided high quality workmanship. Communication was really good and all the workmen were really lovely and considerate of the fact we were still living in the house whilst the work was going on. They were as neat and tidy as they could be bearing in mind the rear of our house was knocked down and rebuilt. We never felt like we didn't know what was going on or what was happening next. They all arrived early each morning and even worked some weekends to get a certain task finished. Despite bad rain most of the time it did not stop them for getting on with it. We would definitely recommend Gary to anyone and are going to be using them again ourselves when we attempt the next project of improving our home. I can't thank them all enough for their brilliant work. I am so so happy with our new kitchen/dining area extension. We did actually call them the 'poshest builders' - due to their healthy drinking and eating habits (it's all Americano coffees and healthy lunches that keep them going!!!!). PS we have used other building companies before and none of them have come even a little bit close to being as good as G Lane. I wish I'd known about them earlier.

Workmanship was excellent...
Gary and his team have been amazing! He has helped me create a two bedroom house from a one bedroom mezzanine. He gave me a great price, his communication was good and his team’s workmanship was excellent. I felt comfortable giving him a key to my house and paying him in stages when works were completed. I would highly recommend Gary and his team and will definitely be using them again.

Kathy Barrett reviewed G Lane Building Services – 5 star Gary and his team recently fitted a kitchen and bathroom at our bungalow. They arrived early each weekday morning in the freezing cold/rainy/foggy weather and knuckled down to the job. Every single aspect of the work has been done to perfection, the tiling in the bathroom, the flooring, fitting the kitchen and electrical work. Gary helped us out with advice regarding which bathroom suite to install and the finished result is fantastic. At the end of their working day they cleaned up, and even looked after my dog some afternoons while I worked! Workmanship & punctuality
We used G Lane Building for a sizeable downstairs refurbishment back in mid 2018 and we cannot recommend then enough. Andrew, Gary and the whole team offer nothing but excellence in terms of workmanship, punctuality, communication and attention to detail. Absolutely fantastic building company. We had nothing but excellent service and the standard is second to none. Andrew helped us design the interior of the build and his attention to detail was flawless. All costs and the schedule of works were clear and transparent. The builders themselves were always on time, clean and extremely hard working.
